What we collect

• Email address — collected at the quiz email gate to save your archetype result and deliver your playbook.
• Quiz answers — your 12 multiple-choice answers, used to determine your archetype. Stored to improve matching quality.
• Channel niche (optional) — used to personalize your playbook's 30-day plan and borrowable ideas.
• Payment record — order ID and payment status (processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details).

Why we collect it

• Email: to deliver your playbook and send transactional messages (receipt, unlock link).
• Quiz answers: to compute your archetype result and personalize your playbook.
• Niche: to make playbook recommendations specific to your content domain.
• Payment record: to verify your purchase and process refunds.

Third parties

• Supabase — database and authentication (us-east-1).
• Bailian / Alibaba Cloud — AI model (Qwen) for quiz judgment and playbook generation. Your quiz answers and niche are sent as prompts.
• Waffo Pancake — payment processing (merchant of record).
• YouTube Data API — public creator statistics (no user data sent).

Data retention

Quiz answers and niche are retained for the life of your account to support future re-checks. Payment records are retained for 7 years per tax requirements. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@pickt.work. We respond to data requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies: session authentication (via Supabase) and anonymous analytics (if enabled). No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers beyond our payment provider's checkout page.
